Job Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a strong results-driven acumen and a keen interest in technology. He/She will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their cloud journey with our tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Apollo etc).
· Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients and understand their needs
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
· Present our Microsoft Cloud solutions with clarity, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with client needs.
· Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
· Prepare RFP, invoice and payment follow up
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Stay updated on industry trends and Microsoft Cloud offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· More than 4 years of experience in sales.
· Candidates with experience in any sector are also welcome to apply.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach as our client’s presence are globally.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Proficient in using MS Office
· Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud products and services is a plus.
· Good to have IT sales experience and candidates with experience working with Microsoft and Microsoft partners will be given priority.
Priority will be given to the candidates from Delhi NCR.

About the Role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for producing qualified leads and opportunities through telephone, email and on-line sales lead generation techniques. The role will involve making contact and generating sales leads within the market for the purpose of having the Account Executives follow up and close. You must be comfortable speaking with busy, smart professionals over the phone, qualifying them against our criteria, and getting them started and progress them through our sales process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an inside sales/ lead generation role would be an advantage
- Excellent writing skills and proof-reading skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to act on own initiative
- Computer literate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to implement & improve processes and systems
- Excellent time management skills
Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- To plan effective sales campaigns and target both new and existing accounts
- Contact potential clients by telephone, email and on-line social networking tools to identify opportunities
- Arrange and participate in telephone conference calls and demos with potential clients and partners
- Maintaining regular contact with key influencers and building and strengthening the relationship with potential clients
- Inbound and outbound calling/e-mailing to and from potential customers –
- Maintain all data within ForaSoftware’s CRM system
Planning, Reporting & Identifying Potential Target Markets
Contributing to ForaSoftware’s Sales & Marketing strategy
- Identify potential target markets for ForaSoftware
- Build and update potential target contact lists and coordinate all leads with appropriate team members and/or third parties
- Create and update reports on progress against targets
- Maintaining regular communication with Sales Executives, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s)
- Managing pipeline and forecast accordingly
Marketing
- Contributing to the marketing process to identify any new marketing materials that would assist in the sale of ForaSoftware solutions
- Assist with ForaSoftware Sales & Marketing events
