Job Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a strong results-driven acumen and a keen interest in technology. He/She will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their cloud journey with our tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Apollo etc).

· Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients and understand their needs

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

· Present our Microsoft Cloud solutions with clarity, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with client needs.

· Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

· Prepare RFP, invoice and payment follow up

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay updated on industry trends and Microsoft Cloud offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· More than 4 years of experience in sales.

· Candidates with experience in any sector are also welcome to apply.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach as our client’s presence are globally.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Proficient in using MS Office

· Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud products and services is a plus.

· Good to have IT sales experience and candidates with experience working with Microsoft and Microsoft partners will be given priority.

Priority will be given to the candidates from Delhi NCR.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python.
Good understanding of Machine Learning and AI fundamentals.
Familiarity with Relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

Exposure to Docker or other containerization tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially AI or data-related services.
Basic knowledge of building REST APIs.
Understanding of modern UI frameworks (React, Angular).
Awareness of UI/UX design principles.

Profile #2: Software Engineer – Intern

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python.
Experience working with APIs(RESTful Services).
Basic front-end or back-end development experience.
Understanding of web or app deployment using services like Azure App Services.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker).
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
Knowledge of UI frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Basic skills in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

Eligibility Criteria:

Students pursuing B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. / M.E. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cloud Engineer at Forasoftware Group in India. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, availability, and scalability of cloud-based applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage the company’s cloud infrastructure strategies.
Manage and develop technical teams.
Design and implement infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
Manage and successfully complete Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) projects.
Have knowledge of other cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud, and develop solutions on these platforms when necessary.
Have knowledge of on-premise projects and applications, and manage such projects.
Develop and enhance product and service offerings.
Define and deliver service scopes tailored to customer needs.
Plan, execute, and monitor project management processes.
Ensure cloud-based projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop strategies for cost management and optimization.
Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Continuously improve security, performance, and cost optimization.
Follow new technologies and trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) projects.
Knowledge of other cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud.
Knowledge of on-premise Systems and applications.
Experience in product and service development.
Experience in defining and delivering service scopes tailored to customer needs.
Experience in project management and cost management.
Experience in managing and leading technical teams.
Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PMP, or PRINCE2) are preferred.
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments
Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues and optimize cloud resources
