Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will support both recruitment and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Support induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Administration Support
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks (attendance, leave records, vendor coordination).
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate office facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
- Support event planning and employee engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce).
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR and administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
