About the Role
Forasoftware is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Microsoft Cloud solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will execute our world-class sales methodology, build trusted client relationships, deliver monthly sales quotas, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling , acting as a profit centre head, and presenting a detailed business plan to the Forasoftware leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Build strong client relationships and trust
• Develop and execute plans to grow market share
• Prospect and develop new leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Sales & Strategy
• Understand the start-up and enterprise ecosystem
• Adapt quickly to market changes and product direction
• Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and other teams to implement sales strategies
• Drive B2B and enterprise sales with a focus on solution selling
Business Development & Customer Success
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sell and present IT solutions across domains such as:
• Microsoft Infrastructure Services
• Unified Communications
• IT Service Management Solutions & Consultation
• Customer Experience
• Data & Analytics
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
Role Requirements
• Professional fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 3–8 years’ experience in enterprise sales or related roles
• Proven consultative sales experience with territory management skills
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft software and account management systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude
